Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. The applicable fee, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking or upon request. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a requirement for advance payment before future appointments are confirmed.
Scope of Services
Seedling ADU San Diego offers professional home services in San Diego, CA and nearby communities. All services are subject to availability and to the professional assessment of conditions at the job site. Seedling ADU San Diego retains the right to decline or modify a service request based on that assessment.
Some work coordinated through seedlingadusandiego.com may be performed by independent service professionals or partner contractors working in conjunction with Seedling ADU San Diego. By requesting service, a user acknowledges and agrees that qualified third-party trade professionals may be involved in fulfilling the work.
Acceptable Use of the Website

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Seedling ADU San Diego for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or services rendered shall not exceed the amount the customer paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Seedling ADU San Diego shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, property damage unrelated to the work performed, or losses resulting from reliance on information provided through seedlingadusandiego.com. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought.
